RYVAL ("we", "us", "the app") is a social fitness app for lifters. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using RYVAL you agree to this policy.
RYVAL shows ads to keep the app free. When ads are served by third-party providers such as Google AdMob, those providers may receive limited device information — like an advertising identifier and general location — to display and measure ads. We never share your name, email, or health and fitness data with advertisers. You can limit ad tracking anytime in your device's privacy settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the app (such as our AI provider, ad networks, and cloud hosting), and only as needed to provide their service. Content you post publicly (like posts and your profile) is visible to other RYVAL users.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time — see "Your privacy choices" below.
RYVAL is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
You can access or update your profile in the app, opt out of push notifications and ad tracking in your device settings, and request deletion of your account and data. See our Privacy Choices page for details.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
